How It Works
Many clients book directly via phone or email, but you can also place orders through our website. Regardless of how you book, you’ll receive the same human engineers and studio facilities – online mastering with Fluid is never handled by AI.
All online bookings automatically qualify for our unsigned/indie discount. As this is charged by the track rather than by the hour, you'll know the total cost upfront. Prices start at £60 per track, with the first track priced at £80.
Here’s how it works: click onto the Booking page to prepare your order, select the number of tracks and other options from the dropdown menus, and the price will be calculated for you as you go.
The basic price includes a 24-bit WAV master at the original sample rate, ISRC embedded (if provided), and one revision in case you’d like any changes once you’ve heard the first draft. With the basic option, the engineer will be either Nick or Tim, though you can select your preferred engineer for an additional £10 per track.

Additional options include:
- 16-bit 44.1kHz (SD) file
- Alternative versions with the same settings
- DDPi Master (for CD replication)
- Apple Digital Master
- And more, all at competitive rates.
Turnaround time is 10 working days. If you need faster delivery, you can fast-track your order for completion in 2 days for an additional 20%, subject to availability. For urgent projects with tight deadlines, it's best to contact us directly.
Once you've filled out the form, simply upload your files via drag-and-drop or file selection and click "Checkout." Payment can be made by bank transfer or PayPal.
If you prefer a tailored package deal instead of paying by track, or if your project requires something beyond the standard online option, don’t hesitate to get in touch. We’ll be happy to discuss your needs and customise a solution to suit your project and budget.
Please note: prices quoted above are exclusive of VAT, which will be added at the checkout for UK
Customers.
