Attended Mastering

While much of our work is done remotely – especially for singles and international clients – we always encourage you to attend the mastering session in person if you can. Don’t worry if you’re unfamiliar with the process; your engineer will guide you through it, and you’re welcome to be as hands-on or hands-off as you like.

Spending time with you can help us better understand what you’re after. Whether you want to experiment with different approaches or simply sit back and enjoy the process, being there in the room allows you to shape the sound of your master in real time. If you're not technically minded, no problem – a bit of company and a kettle on the boil never go amiss and you’ll get to see how and where it all happens.

At the end of your session, you’ll receive a set of WAV files to review at your leisure on different playback systems. If you’d like any tweaks, just let us know. Once you’ve approved the masters, we’ll supply any additional formats you need.

If you’re unsure how much time to book, feel free to give us a call. As a rough guide, the more tracks we master in a single session, the more efficient the process – and we offer discounts for unsigned artists making larger bookings more affordable.
